Description: The jobs currently available
are for Independent Contractors only and they may either
work out of our offices or at their virtual office location(s).
Basic Functions: Responsibilities include
but not limited to:

| • |
Analyze
bills for accuracy, placing accounts in dispute with vendors
accordingly. |
| • |
Follow
up and negotiate all disputed items to completion. |
| • |
Document
all financial benefits. |
| • |
Compare
billed rates to contract rates. |
| • |
Review
all bills and CSRs for accuracy. |
| • |
Develop
basic inventory information for all services and populate
the Client Profile. |
| • |
Prepare
specific service “recommendations and findings”
reports. |
| • |
Implement
consolidated billing and coordinate information from vendors
on electronic billing. |
| • |
Interact
with all telecommunications vendors to acquire supporting
documentation necessary for accurate inventory entries. |
| • |
Maintain
data base to within 99% accuracy. This includes inventory,
financial mapping information, location information and
other information relevant to the customer. |
| • |
Coordinate
various workloads with project teams. |
| • |
Provide
consultative recommendations to improve processes/systems
to drive better efficiencies and to improve our bill monitoring
standards to keep up with changes in the industry. |

Work
on special projects as workload permits from time to time. |
Requirements:
| • |
Minimum
2 years working for a Telco or Carrier in Customer Care
or Billing. |
| • |
Advanced
knowledge of telecommunications products and services,
including reading and understanding Customer Service Records
(CSRs). |
| • |
Superior
organizational skills and the ability to multi-task continuously
– the candidate will be working on multiple projects
at different stages at the same time. |
| • |
Excellent
organizational and negotiating skills – with clients,
with vendors, and with co-workers. |
| • |
Must
be very flexible – clients make changes and they
are always right! |
| • |
Basic
to intermediate knowledge of PC software packages and
web based applications. |
| • |
Excellent
analytical skills to be used in a variety of situations
regarding the solving of problems. |
| • |
Strong
oral and written communications skills required –
negotiating with vendors and clients and in writing interim
and final reports. |
| • |
Must
be able to work alone or with a minimum of supervision. |
| • |
Must
demonstrate the ability to stay current technically to
keep pace with the many changes taking place in the telecommunications
and IT industries. |
| • |
Multiple
skill levels – we find it; fix it; and follow up
to see that it stays corrected. |

Superior
analytical skills, used in determining savings opportunities.

Basic Functions: Responsibilities include but
not limited to:
Sales Representatives and agents may either
work out of our offices or at their virtual office location(s).
After company orientation and training they will work independently
and require minimal management support. Job responsibilities
include prospecting at the C Suite; to the financial side
of a business - Corporate Controller levels, as well as the
IT perspective -selling the concepts of bill auditing, contract
negotiation and the potential outsourcing of Bill Management
– Bill Genie ™. The strategy is to highlight the
cost reduction benefits to the financial auditing and accounting
of Telecom expenses, while obtaining world class contracts
to optimize the client’s spending rate. It will also
include the positioning and demonstration of the strategic
and economic advantages of outsourcing all of these responsibilities
to GSI. The ideal candidate is an experienced and aggressive
closer of new business with a background in the sales of either
hardware, software, telecommunication services, intangibles
or outsourcing applications. There will also be some limited
post-sale involvement. The on-going client support will be
the responsibility of an assigned Account Manager. The compensation
package is generous and is one of the most competitive in
the industry.
